Skilled Worker
Applicants must meet all requirements for the federal skilled worker class AND:
Have a close relative living in the province or, Have completed a post-secondary
degree in the province or, Be in possession of two Affidavits of support from
friends or distant relatives in the province or, Or meet the necessary work
experience requirement in Manitoba.
International
Student
Prospective applicants must have a permanent, full-time job offer with an
employer in the province and hold a temporary post-secondary work permit after
finishing a post-secondary education program in the province.
Business
Investors
Applicants seeking to qualify under the business stream must have a net worth of
at least a net worth of $350,000, 5+ years of qualifying business experience,
and must make an exploratory visit to the province.
Employer
Direct Immigration
In order to qualify, applicants must have worked in the province for their
employer for at least 6 months
AND
HaveHHHave a permanent full-time job offer that is pre-approved by Manitoba or, Have a
permanent full time job offer with a valid work permit for fulltime employment.

Support
An applicant must meet the minimum requirement for the Skilled Worker Class of
immigration and has a close relative who can sign for an affidavit of support.

is an adult dependent of an approved Provincial Nominee but does not meet the
criteria for the other programs. Applicants can demonstrate that they are a
