to fill labour market shortages with qualified immigrants. The main requirement
for this category is a guaranteed job offer in the area of expertise of the applicant.

that the position offered to a foreign worker will meet provincial standards and
that the wage is comparable to industry standards.

Employer Direct Application Priority
To be eligible for immigration under this category of immigration, applicants must
meet the following criteria:
- Score a minimum of 50 points on the self-assessment form
- Obtain an offer of employment from an established company in the province
- The employment should be permanent and full-time
- Have the education and experience required for the job
- Provide evidence of training or licensing required in order to work in that occupation
in the province
