established connections to a community in the province and want to apply for permanent
residency. These persons must be employable and can contribute to the economy of
that specific community.

Community Identified Stream Application Priority
To qualify for the Community Identified Stream of provincial nomination, the applicant
must meet the following criteria:
- Be unable to qualify for any other nomination programs for the province
- Have legal status in the country of residence
- Have a Letter of Identification from a mandated community organization
- Have established connections in the specific community which provided the Letter
of Identification
- Intend to settle permanently in the province
- Have the skills, training and work experience for employment in a field needed by
that community
- Meet the minimum criteria for age, education and language ability requirements for
this stream
