Legal Assistant
The following requirements are non-negotiable for this position:
- Must have 3 years (36 months or more) of immigration experience
- Clear criminal background check
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Perfect English grammar and spelling
- Excellent communication skills
Hiring Process
Immigroup will contact the most qualified candidates within approximately 1-3
weeks of the position being posted.
Your interview will be with a member of the Immigroup recruiting team. The first
phase of the hiring process consists of a one hour assessment to determine the
candidate’s individual suitability for the position. After the results are
reviewed Immigroup will contact you to advise you of the outcome of your
assessment. If you are the most qualified candidate for the role, you will move
to the next stage of the hiring process.
The second phase of the hiring process consists of an interview with an
Immigroup representative. If you are selected as the most qualified candidate,
we will advise you verbally and send you a written offer. You will also receive
forms for background checks. You will be required to complete and return these

Training Process
At Immigroup the probationary period lasts for four weeks. The purpose of this
probationary period is to give Immigroup an opportunity to analyze your skill

receive remuneration at 60% of the amount you will be paid after the
probationary period ends. At the end of this period you will be paid the full
amount.

Immigroup has a Research and Development department whose purpose is to
determine new services to offer to our clients. We do this by researching,
testing, and finally implementing the new services.

- Have contacts in the travel industry and corporate contacts who are willing to
use Immigroup’s services
Hiring Process
Immigroup will contact the most qualified candidates within approximately 1-3

You will interview with our firm’s manager and owner discussing your contacts
and industry experience. Remuneration is related to your experience ($38,000 -
$50,000)
