What is the FAST Card?
The fastest way to travel! No lines, no passports, no hassle
FAST card is a document for truck drivers who travel frequently to the United States
that allows them to swiftly cross the border. To apply you must hold a valid commercial
drivers license from Canada or the United States and have a clean criminal record.
The following are a few benefits of FAST Card:

We offer you two ways to apply for your FAST card:
1. Fax, email or mail us your documents
Download and complete the FAST Card KIt above. Send your form and supporting
documents to us. You can submit your FAST card application to Immigroup electronically
by e-mail, by fax or courier.
If you send your form by fax, please fax it back to se fax it back to (416) 640-2650.
If you send your form electronically by e-mail, please e-mail it to
info@nexusapplication.com.

We check your data, call you to verify your information and submit it to the government
accurately and correctly.
We will notify you of a change in your status. If your application is conditionally
approved, we will set an appointment for an interview with the US Customs and Border
Patrol Agency.
You attend the interview and if you are approved your card will be forwarded to
your home address.
2. Walk in Service
FAST card applicants can use the walk-in service at our Toronto office to complete
an application form or to enquire about other immigration services. Our address
is 1180 Danforth Avenue in Toronto.
Filing Your FAST card application form at our office
We will check whether you can qualify for a FAST card at our office. We then complete
the application form and provide you with copies for your records along with important
information regarding the program you are applying for. The total time spent at
our office should be approximately 1 hour. Once we obtain notice that your status
has changed, we will contact you; you will either be conditionally approved for
an interview or your application may be denied if you do not meet the program requirements.
If you are conditionally approved we will assist you in scheduling an interview
with the U.S. and Canadian Customs and Border Patrol.

- Proof of your citizenship your citizenship (copy or original):
- Passport
- Citizenship Card
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Citizenship
2. Proof of Permanent Residence: PR Card or Record of Landing
3. Driver’s License ( this must be a commercial licence for FAST card applicants)
4. Car registration documents
5. US Waiver or Canadian Pardon if you have a previous criminal record

FAST Card Regular Service: CAD $150.00 + tax
FAST Card Premium Service: CAD $250.00 + tax

together – the first application will be charged at the full price. All other applications
will be discounted. You do not need to be family members to receive the discount.
Government Fee: USD $50 (Children do not pay a government fee for their card.)
