Ensure the smooth processing of your Visa Application by following the steps below:
- Download the visa application form.
- Fill in the forms according to the instructions provided. Assistance is available
by phone Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.
- Fax the forms for pre-assessment review prior to mailing them to CIBT. We will
contact you to confirm everything is in order.
- Upon receipt of your application, a final review will be made by one of our consultants
and your application will be filed.
- We will contact you when your visa is ready.
