You can send your application by fax, e-mail, or courier.

What do you have to include?

• Completed application form.
• Copies of your proof of citizenship: Passport, Citizenship Card, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate.
• Copies of your proof of permanent Residence: Permanent Resident Card, Record of Landing.
• Copy of your driver’s license.
• Copy of your car’s registration.

DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGNINAL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

What are the steps?

1. Download and complete the application form
2. Send your form and documents to us
3. We will call you to verify your information and forward your application to the proper authorities
4. We will notify you of a change in your application status. If your application is conditionally approved, we will set an appointment for an interview with the US Customs and Border Patrol Agency.
5. If you are approved for the NEXUS program, we will receive your card. We will forward your card to the address you provided us.
