First-time applicants or Renewal of a Refugee Travel Document or Certificate of Identity |
We offer two services:
- Regular service by mail - your Travel Document application will be submitted by courier and your Canadian Travel Document or Certificate or Identity will be ready within a few months. Our service is $149 + GST and applicable government fees.
- Request for Urgency Processing - if you require a Travel Document quickly. Fee for this service is $249.00 + GST and government fees.
There are four steps when applying for a Canadian Travel Document or Certificate of Identity:

Fill out a passport application form including an order form. |
| STEP 2: |
Fax your completed Canadian Travel Document or Certificate of Identity application to us including your signed order form. One of our agents will contact you within 24 hours after reviewing your application. |
| STEP 3: |
File your Canadian passport application in person or by mail, according to the requirements of the nearest Canadian passport processing office. |
| STEP 4: |
Receive your Canadian Travel Document or Certificate of Identity by courier or in person depending on the service you purchased. |
