Renewal of a UK Passport in Canada

1. 3-4-week service by mail - simply send your completed UK passport application along with the supporting documentation to Immigroup and you will receive your passport by courier when it is ready.
   
   
   1. Urgency Processing - please call our head office at 1-866-760-2623 during office work hours between 9am-5pm EST and speak to an Immigroup agent.

   The application for a UK passport is a 4-step process:

   STEP 1:	Place your order by clicking the “Place Your Order” button below. You could download the UK passport application package once payment has been processed. Fill out the downloaded British passport application form including an Immigroup order form.
   STEP 2:	Fax your completed UK passport application and order form to Immigroup. An agent will contact you within 24 hours once we have reviewed your application.
   STEP 3:	Correct any errors and courier your application and supporting documents to Immigroup.
   STEP 4:	Receive your UK passport in person or by courier depending on the service you purchased.

   STEP 1

   1. Application:
      
      Fill out and sign your application form.
      
      NOTE: if you are not sure how to complete a particular section of the Passport application form please leave it blank. We will call you back once you have faxed your forms to us.
      
      
   2. Documents:
      
      Make a photocopy of the front and back of a Provincial photo ID.
      
      
   3. Photos:
      
      See your local photographer and ask for 2 UK passport photographs.
      NOTE: Photos must meet the specifications outlined by the application and taken within the past 12 months.
      
      
   4. Guarantor:
      
      Please see the instructions printout to find out who can be your guarantor. Your guarantor needs to complete and sign Section 10 on page 4 of your passport application. Note: Your guarantor must also sign one of your photographs and the photocopy of your provincial photo ID.
      
      
   5. Original Documents:
      
      You must submit the following original documents with your UK passport application:
      
      1. Your previous UK passport.
      
      
      - Please notify Immigroup if you have lost your UK Passport because there is an additional form you will need to complete.
      
      2. UK Birth Certificate .
      
      
      - If you lost your UK Birth Certificate, please click here.
      
      All original documents will be returned back to you.
      If you are missing a document, Immigroup will help you to obtain it. Please inform us of any missing documents when you are contacted by Immigroup.
      IF you do have the above documents please make a copy and fax them to us along with the application for a review.
      
      
   6. Other Requests: Adding a married surname to your valid passport? Your previous passport is lost or stolen? Ask our specialists once we call you back after you have faxed your application to us.
      

   STEP 2

   1. Fax or scan and email your package to us:
      
      
   2. Send your completed UK passport application, photocopy of your Provincial photo ID and your original Birth Certificate to us including your order form. One of our agents will contact you once we have reviewed your UK passport application. Fax your package to us at 416-640-2650 or scan and email your package to info@Immigroup.com
