Post by: izabela on January 18, 2016, 07:39:30 AM
Good Morning

My husband need to apply for a Criminal Rehabilitation ,I have started sorting  his paperwork.
Hi is from Poland and all his files are in Polish language.
I have contacted with the sworn translator but she is unable to confirm his court records  in a formal statement( put the stamp) .
I will have stamp on the criminal clearance from the police.
Could you please advise is that  ok.

Thank you
Best Regards
Izabela

I honestly don't know, sorry to say. I think that's a question for a consultant or lawyer. Could you get her to write a letter as to why? That might help.
