1) Is there more fees beyond the 550 to examine the application?
2) What all do I need in order to prove that I can provide for my spouse financially ( I’m self-employed)?
3) How do I obtain the list of acceptable doctors in their country (Costa Rica)?

2. You have to show the money in your bank account and that you are making money. A Notice of Assessment plus some bank statements may be sufficient.
