Advice on moving to Canada from UK

I am 46 IT Consultant (Bachelors). My wife is 42 Secondary Maths Teacher (Post Graduate).
Wife has a sister who has a Canadian PR.

Can someone please advice what are the chances and what would be the best approach/ path, if we want to immigrate to Canada.

I understand because of my age I don't stand any chance for Express Entry, but not sure if I am correct and if at all there is any other visa type which would have a better chance ?

Your ages hurt you but your work experience and degrees help. You should figure out your Express Entry CRS scores before deciding you have no chance.

What province does your sister-in-law live in? That might be a good province to look for a provincial nomination.
