Hi,

If my age is 45 years and 2 months
for Manitoba PNP is its considered as 45 years or 46 years
coz

for 45 age = 75 points
for 46 age = 40 points

my date is locked at what time

when I submit Expression of Interest for Skilled Workers

or
when I got the letter of advice to apply

or
when I submit application for PNP after letter of advice

Please Guide
Thanks

That is a good question. I would assume it is the date when the Manitoba PNP assesses your application but I don't know for sure.

As far as I know the max age limit for Manitoba PNP in 2019 is Candidate should be older than 21 years and younger than 45 years of age. Here in your case you are already 45 years and 2 months. Thus it will be considered as 45+ years or in general 46 years. I am exactly not sure when the DOB is locked, I think it is once you start the application for Visa.
