Are you currently in Canada on a study permit? If so, you can use your time as a PhD student in Canada to qualify for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program. The problem is that the system is changing in 2015, and we don't exactly know how it will change. Presumably you will still be eligible for the new version of FSW, but that is just a guess on my part.

yes, I'm student in Canada right now on study permit.

I have been 4 years in Canada I did my master in Canada as well and I'm in my first year PhD right now.

Okay well then you you should look into applying as a Federal Skilled Worker as soon as you are done your second year of studies: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp?expand=phd#phd
