BC PNP and IEC

Hi All,
Thank you for your time to look and help with my questions.
I have a PNP application processing at the moment, however when I reviewed the information on the PNP BC website for the Pilot option, its says that I would need to have 'As of June 26, 2018, individuals who apply under a Skills Immigration category in an eligible tech occupation must have a job offer of at least one year (365 days) in length. The job offer must have at least 120 days remaining at the time of application to the BC PNP.'
Can anyone tell me if this means the employment contract and offer letter, or if this is what I have remaining on my work permit, for example my IEC visa, as my current status to work would expire before this 120 days.
Just wanted to clarify before I get a response back so I know what to expect for and not surprised if its comes back a no.
Thanks All,
Regards
CA
