Can I extend my COPR ?

I got my COPR from my Canadian spouse! And it will expire on mid September. We live in US , but the border was closed and so I couldn’t go to Canada. My baby boy has surgery in late August so I can’t go anywhere because I have to take care of him so my question is : Can I extend my COPR ?

You could have come here if it was issued before March of last year: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...delivery/coronavirus/permanent-residence.html But they didn't do a good job of telling people that.

You can extend your COPR, it will require getting a new medical exam and requesting an extension from IRCC.
