Canadian Masters. Before that Indian work exp. Do I need to mention bachelors(No ECA) in EE profile?

Bachelors 2011-15 (India), Work 2015-18 (India)
Canadian Masters (2018-19)

Will it be ok if I just mention work and Masters in EE profile...
And date eligible to start my primary NOC as bachelor completion date....
I will mention bachelor in personal history once ETA arrives.

I believe the points are assessed on your highest degree so I believe this should be okay, but I'm not 100% sure as I am just the forum admin and not an RCIC or lawyer.
