Hello, I am looking for some help.
I was nominated via the BC Provincial Nominee Program for express entry permanent residence in Canada.
I currently have a Job in BC, in the nominee confirmation my employer & NOC are on the Confirmation letter.
My PNP Nomination is still valid until 27 December 2020.
So I applied Via the CIC Express entry with my BC PNP Number. However yesterday I received a cancelation of my application for being incomplete. I did not meet the requirements for section 10 & 12.01 of the immigration and refugee protection program, my uploaded education credentials were incorrect. I now have the correct information, however my application was just canceled.
My work 2 Year work permit expires very shortly on the 4th October 2020.
I applied for a Bridging open work permit while applying for my CIC express entry, as my application was canceled from CIC this means my Bridging work permit will be cancelled as well.
What options do I have to obtain a new work permit and how long will it take to process?
Should I apply for the "Employer specific work permit"
