In immigration medical examination, Which medical conditions may cause me to be inadmissible to Canada?

Unfortunately this is at the discretion of CIC and the officer reviewing your file. In the US, these diseases are listed on a public website, in Canada the office has to assess whether or not your diseases poses a danger to Canadians and whether or not it puts an undue burden on the health care system. So it's up to them.
