Hello all, I've read other threads and I've also checked the Canada government website, but with Covid I'm still unsure about the answer to this, so here goes.
If one already has a valid work permit (2 years) with International Experience Canada and has already worked in Canada last summer, can they 1-Enter Canada and 2-If yes, do they need a specific work offer to enter, or as the permit is already obtained can they come and find a job after?
Has anyone here or anyone you know been through this since the pandemic started?

(Additional info: country of origin is in the UK and point of entry would be Montreal.)
