- My Father was born in England prior to 1983. (Given this, He must have been a British citizen at the time of my birth, correct?)
- I was born outside the UK.
- My parents were both married at the time of my birth.

Does this qualify me for citizenship?

It sounds like you are a British citizen, yes. You can apply for a passport right now, from what you have said.

I'm in the exact same situation. However I was hoping just to clear up one more question before I apply for a passport. My father held a Canadian passport at the time of my birth but was born in the UK in 19660. Would that mean he was no longer a British citizen?

No, not likely. The UK only recognizes people who renounce their UK citizenship to the UK authorities. So even if the Canadians made him renounce his UK citizenship at the time (I don't believe they would have, off the top of my head, but still...) it doesn't matter to the UK authorities.
