Increse CRS score: Apply to PGWP in canada OR wait(Long wait) to get more points from work experince ?

If I score 8,7,7,7 then my tentative score will be 444. If I perform well in the listening and reading sections then it can jump to 450.
1. Should I apply for express entry with these scores?

Problem: Are the CRS scores of 444-450 enough to get an ITA? I have seen the cutoffs and they were quite high for FSW.

Possible solution: I am seeing two options in front of me now. Either I can apply for a PGWP in Canada and get a 1-year work permit to increase the score(around 515), or I can wait 2 more years to get 25 more points for my foreign work experience which will take my score to 469-475 range.

Doubt: I have heard(parrot-talking) that CRS cutoffs are going higher, so I am not sure if 469 score will be enough after 2 years. If this is indeed the case, then 2. What is my best option right now?

No, those scores are not currently high enough for an FSW application. (They are high enough for CEC if you qualified, however.)

I'm a little confused. Are you currently a student in Canada?
