job opportunities in art and cultural adminstration

Hi, I'm fond in cultural and art administration. I wonder if it is hard to get a job in this field in Canada given that I only have one or two years of related working experiences in hk.

No idea. Depending upon what type of job you are looking for, there may be some kind of professional association you can contact. (Say, for example, museum administrators, they might have their own association in Canada. I have no idea if they do or don't.)
