Officially the processing time is the same whether you have a nomination or not: 6 months. But this is just a very general average and my understanding is it's not very accurate.
While i was checking on cic , it looks like noc c level people not able to enter express entry via online application , only paper based is option and for it shows 15-18 months processing time for federal , i am so confused about that
