Hey, im malei. im interested to move to canada. one question. for someone to nominate me, does it have to be a relative or a pure canadian can nominate me to move to canada? thanks.

Hi Malei,
Unfortunately "provincial nomination" usually refers to the province nominating you, not a specific individual. You need to meet certain requirements for that to happen, depending on the province. However, there are two provinces where you can be nominated by family already present in Canada: http://www.immigroup.com/family-sponsorship-region (and please note that this page may be out of date).
