If my mom's real sister is in Canada and a citizen there, then can I claim points for a relative towards my express entry profile?

These points are only available through certain PNPs, not through the federal program. Each province has different rules. Off the top of my head I believe some of them might consider an aunt close enough of a relation. But the points are not much.
