Hello there, I got a question for you. I have met the most amazing woman on earth that I want to marry, and I was wondering what would be the best way to make it so that she can live with me in the province of Quebec. She is currently working in Dubai since 5 years and we want to marry in Canada. I have a everely limited capacity for employment rant from the government and i've learned that they can sponsor a spouse, is that correct? Can she get a visiting visa and just come to marry me here? Or would it be easier for her to get here of working visa? She doesn't speak french. Thank you in advance for the answer!

Yes, she can get a visitor visa and marry you in Quebec. Then, provided you are eligible to sponsor (what kind of assistance are you getting from the government?) you can sponsor her either while she's still here, or once she returns to Dubai.

Are you saying you are on that assistance? I don't know about Quebec immigration programs, but in the rest of the country, that probably disqualifies you to sponsor.

You must not receive financial assistance of last resort (social assistance) except allowances related to your age or a disability that poses obstacles to employment that are serious, permanent or of indefinite duration.
