Spousal sponsorship

Hi! I'm a PR here in Ontario and recently married outside of Canada. I'd like to request my husband to come live with us here, since we a have a child. And job hunting for me is difficult because I have only my mom who works night shift to watch over my little one in early mornings up to lunch time. Can I start to sponsor him even if I don't have a job yet?

You can start, but your application will likely be rejected unless you get a job prior to when the application is assessed.

You can always gather the information you need now, and update once you have a job and submit then.
