It has been three weeks since immigration has recieved my apolication. How long does it take to get an answer? What is the process and how can I link an application.

It takes 12 months, under normal circumstances.

I cannot say for sure, but my suspicion is that paper applications are not being processed right now, as everyone is working from home. Only online applications and scanned paper applications would be accessible.

You can expect 3-5 months on top of regular processing times, is what I'm hearing.
