Spouse, common in law or conjugal?

I got married with a Costa Rican girl and we have a 4 year old child. Do we apply as spousal, conjugal or common in law?

• Spousal Sponsorship: if you are legally married (this is the option you should probably pursue)
• Common-law sponsorship: only if you have been living together common-law for at least 12 months and can prove it
• Conjugal sponsorship: only if you have been prevented from marrying or living together for 12 months.
