Spouse with dependent - Medical Exam

Hello,

Just need clarification, does "family members" (brothers, sisters of my spouse) will need to do the medical exam? The way i understand it, my spouse and my son only needs the medical exam. My spouse and son currently lives with her brother and sister.

Then it's your wife and child that need the medical exam. Your brother and your wife's sisters do not need to have medical exams as they are ineligible for sponsorship.
