Study Permit Processing from India

I heard that the processing time of every region is different. I will apply study permit from India so may I know the processing time of application? I want to come there within no time.

It's 3 months for either office, so it doesn't matter whether you apply to New Delhi or Chandigarh.

I am Hardeep Swain, I have filed my Visa online on 17th February 2016 for study permit. I had uploaded the medical tracking sheet in spite of it, I received a requirement from the CIC to submit the medicals again.
