Visa Refusal

My application for Express Entry visa got refused at the last stage after paying the RPRF fee just because I had attached only PR CARD to prove siblings in Canada. They found the proof insufficient, reduced my CRS points by 15, found me ineligible as the new CRS calculated was below the cutoff (obviously) and refused my visa.


Can I appeal the decision? If yes, how!

No, but you can create a new profile and if and when you get the new ITA you be prepared with better proof of ties to Canada.
