Hi, we are holders of working holiday visa that expires on 26.sept. this year, 5 weeks ago we applied for student and work ( my boyfriend) and open work permit for me as his common law partner. we are still waiting for decision ( that should be for 999,99 % YES) but my question is , till the time that I ve got a answe Am I under implied status ? That means can I still working after 26.sep, in case that I wouldnt got answer on the time ?
