Q1. Process for conversion of her BOC to British Nationality?

Q2. 5 Daughters born (1982, 1984, 1990, 1991 twins). What is the process for them becoming BOC or British Nationals.

Let me try to answer your questions:

1. Your mother would have to move to the UK (which she can do) and live there for 5 years, then she can apply for proper citizenship.
2. The children cannot inherit BOC status unless you would be stateless (i.e. cannot be a citizen of another country).
