Canadian Living in US

I am Canadian citizen and currently living in New Jersy, USA. I've heard of people who became US citizens via naturalization but then claim they still have their old citizenship too. How is this possible? Because I can't leave Canadian nationality. Please help me.

Yes, if you become an American citizen you will not lose your Canadian citizenship.
