What is ePassprot? How could I get this? Is it more secure than the old one? If I already have the Canadian passport then how could I get the same? what is the gerneral application proceedure of it?

The ePassport is just the new version of the Canadian passport, with additional security features which include your "biometric" data (fingerprints, scans of your eyes). It is also issued for 10 years now (though you can get a 5 year validity if you want). You will get an ePassport when you renew your current one.
