Express Entry FSW or Student Visa

Hello everyone,

Please your advice!
As we know EE is on hold for FSW and/or Outland applicants.
Do you think that It could be easier to apply for student visa knowing that im 39 years old with a child?!!!!

You need to be accepted into a "designated learning institution" in order to get a study permit. So if you get accepted to one, you can certainly apply for a study permit. Depending upon what happens, it's possible the border will be open second week of September and FSW draws should resume once the border is fully open.
