The student that is going to live in Canada the next 2 years with his wife have the right to be covered by the canadian health insurance ?? And his wife ?

In order to qualify for provincial health insurance, you first have to reside in a province for 3 months. So for the first 3 months you are here, you will have to use private health insurance.
