Is it too soon to apply under PNP

I recently moved to Ontario after my company gave me a job offer. I work with a top notch software company and arrived here in June 2022. I do not get any points under age category (as I am over 45) and would therefore like to apply under PNP.

I arrived here in June 2022. Is it too early to apply for PNP or do I stand a better chance to get PNP approval if I wait for 6 months (or longer). Does it matter ?

It does not matter, but you need to look at the PNP requirements.
