Hi, I am sethi from Nimibia, may I knw that what are the basic requirements for a visitor visa?

You need to be admissible - not a security risk, healthy, etc - and you need to be able to show you are returning to Namibia. You need to show you can afford the trip as well. And obviously you have to prove your identity and nationality.
