I am a British Citizen, I have recently settled in Canada to be with my Wife. I was born in the UK.

I would like to know if I can apply for British Citizenship for my wife who is Canadian PR holder and a citizen of Guyana and our soon to be born child??

Because you were born in the UK, your child will be British. You will be able to apply for a passport for your child whenever you would like after he or she is born. You will just have to demonstrate that you are the father (long-form birth certificate for your child) and that you are British (your passport).
Your wife can only become a British citizen if she lives with you in the UK and you sponsor her.
Hope this helps.
