Afghanistan Tourist Visa
Canadian Citizens traveling for tourist purposes need to apply to the Afghanistan Embassy in Ottawa or the Consulate in Toronto. You must have a valid signed Canada passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, 2 passport photographs a trip itinerary or return tickets, a copy of a recent bank statement showing sufficient funds and a letter of employment or a letter from an educational institute stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job / study. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.
