Transferring Program

If I go from a Three year diploma program to two year program. Will I still be eligible for my PGWP.
Isn't the immigration officer question me for changing the program? How many years of PGWP will I be eligible?
What are the chances of getting a PGWP after that decision? How do I inform Canadian Government of this decision?
If I want to apply for a Masters Program and transfer to a Masters Program in a University from Three year program, What questions I would be asked from the immigration officer?

Please answer all questions as it is necessary.

Yes, you will still be eligible for the PGWP but it will likely be issued for only two years, as it is usually issued for how long your program was or less.

If you switch programs I believe you might need a new study permit if you leave Canada. I'm not sure you need a new one if you don't leave Canada during your studies. But you'd have to ask a consultant or lawyer.

A Master's program after you graduate from your current degree would require a new study permit.

You would only be asked questions if you left and came back, normally.
