Can I (being a principal Applicant) fill out the required forms on the behalf of sponsor which are needed to be filled by the sponsor?

Actually my wife is supposed to sponsor me as she is in canada. As I read on IRCC website they stated that there is no minimum income requirement but I am still confused that whether she need to justify it while she is living with her parents having no job.
