Hey guys! I’ve received such valuable help on this site before so thought I would give it another go.
I’m currently 7 months into an exclusion order. I’ve been back in Australia since December 15th. I’m now about to submit an ARC application at my local Visa office in Sydney this week.
I have written my letter, have the passport photos and passport copies and the processing fee.
My question is, it must be submitted with a temporary resident visa application? That is no trouble. But was wondering if anyone has any experience on how long they’re generally granted for? A month? Two months?
Say for instance my ARC is accepted, does this now make the exclusion order redundant and therefore over? And once in Canada on a temporary resident, am I able to apply for other visas (PR, work permits etc) to extend my stay?
