Getting a PR under mixed conditions

Hi everyone, I'm looking to get a PR card but don't really know where to start. So far I've completed 2 years in a Canadian high-school (as a foreign student), next year I'm going to finish my studies and get an OSSD (Ontario secondary school diploma). If I will join the workforce (with a work permit) right after my high school for a year will it be enough to apply for a PR card? if yes how long may it take and how exactly the process will be like?

You can't just apply for a PR Card, you have to immigrate. In order to do so, you have to work in a skilled occupation in Canada for at least one year (CEC). It's pretty much impossible to get a skilled job in Canada with just your OSSD, which means you have to go to college or university and then work.

Sorry for the bad news.
