Actually i'm a foreigner her in saudi arabia and before 3 years i marry a lady from philippines working here and lately my wife landed to canada with a work permit since year and half now and till now she dint started for the PR process .
to join her as express visa and on quick time as soon as possible what should i do as a process ? and with what we suppose to start preparing ?
