Information on inland spousal sponsorship

Hi.
I would like to get some information regarding registration of indian marriage in Canada. I am an italian permanent resident and indian citizen. He is a canadian PR. Due to coronavirus our marriage has been postponed 2-3 times. I would like to know if we apply for a visitor visa by attaching a support letter stating our condition as well, will we be able to make it to register our marriage in Canada? If so, then what do we need to do? In negative scenario, what could be the possible solution? Thanks.

Do you want to marry in Canada? If you're already married in India there's nothing you have to do in Canada. Canada generally recognizes marriages in foreign jurisdictions.
