Job Market

Hello!

My wife and I will be applying for work and study permits (respectively). We have a few criteria to chose the city we want to go to, but there's one in particular that we've been having difficulty finding useful information about: How is the job market in our respective fields. Mine is Electrical Engineering/Energy Systems, and hers is Public Relations/Marketing. Would any of you be able to point to me if there are any areas in the country that are particularly better for working in these fields?

For electrical engineering, you might be able to get that information from a provincial engineer association.

Payscale used to have to this information for free, but they recently put up a paywall.
